“A black belt is a white belt who never quit.”
I trained in #karate as a kid, and years later, I got back into it because of my son. What started as a way to support him turned into something much bigger — now we’re training together, and I’ve even started assistant coaching at Action Karate in Philadelphia.
It’s reminded me how powerful martial arts can be. It teaches #confidence, #focus, #discipline, and #resilience — lessons every child deserves.
